As part of the year-end activities, the Human Resources department organizes the traditional Effigy Contest, an initiative that brings together employees from different areas of the company around creativity, teamwork, and the festive spirit.
Each team puts effort into the creation of original effigies, reflecting ingenuity, dedication, and a sense of belonging. The entries are evaluated by a Human Resources committee, which assesses aspects such as creativity, level of detail, and the concept represented by these emblematic year-end figures, strengthening integration and camaraderie among employees.
