The Sustainability Department carried out the closing of the 2025 Sustainability Ambassadors Program, implemented across production plants and the corporate headquarters, with the objective of strengthening culture, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement at Agripac.
Throughout the year, more than 70 employees participated, with the recognition of 11 Sustainability Ambassadors in Plants and 3 at Headquarters. In the case of the plants, the evaluation incorporated a scoring scheme based on validated, implemented improvement initiatives with measurable results, under the Operational Excellence methodology, led by Zully San Wong.
Winners – Second Stage (Plants):
● Optimization of the recycling collection process, reducing operational time from 2.5 hours to 1.5 hours – Rómulo Sevilla, SHEQ Coordinator, Balanfarina Plant.
● Optimization of seed transportation as a raw material through the use of in-house transport, avoiding an estimated expense of USD 22.00 – Edizon Santana, Logistics Coordinator, Emsemillas Plant.
