LEADERS OF CHANGE

Agripac implemented the internal Leaders of Change program, an initiative aimed at promoting leadership and active employee participation in the efficient management of resources and the reduction of environmental impacts, delivering tangible and measurable results. Between January and December, an evaluation system was applied based on checklists, inspections of lighting and air conditioning systems, proper waste management, data tabulation, and an incentive scheme.

The program was carried out through a weekly points-based system, complemented by additional initiatives led by the teams. Throughout the year, 189 employees from the Corporate Headquarters participated in a three-stage structure, with three winning teams recognized during the implementation period.

The involvement of physical security personnel was key to daily data collection, as they conducted inspections of lighting and air conditioning systems as part of their regular rounds, directly contributing to operational control, monitoring, and performance improvement.

As a result of this joint effort, an 84% reduction in incidents of lights and air conditioning units left on was achieved, along with a 25% reduction in non-recyclable waste at the Corporate Headquarters buildings. In addition, 30 initiatives focused on water, culture, efficiency, paper, and waste were promoted, consolidating an organizational culture oriented toward continuous improvement and measurable impact.
