How to use
Used as an acidulant in beverages, confectionery, effervescent salts, pharmaceutical syrups, elixirs in tablets and effervescent powders, to adjust pH in food and as synergistic antioxidants, in cheese processing. Used in the manufacturing of alkyl resins; in esterified form as a plasticizer, foam inhibitor. Used in the manufacturing of citric acid salt. Used as a sequestering agent to remove trace metals. Used as a mordant to lighten colors; in electroplating; in special inks; in analytical chemistry to determine soluble citrate P2O5; as a reagent for albumin, mucin, glucose, bile pigments. Used as a preserver of agro chemical formulations.
