With activities designed to connect with and care for its people, Balanfarina carried out the week “Our Commitment Is You,” an initiative led by SHEQ and Human Resources.
The days were filled with learning, awareness, and participation: from reinforcing safety practices, promoting physical well-being, and learning through dynamic activities, to hosting an occupational health fair and concluding with a recognition event.
The week made it clear that, beyond processes, people are what matter most.
